How do I recover fitness(FI)?

Player with low fitness will lose their strength much faster during the course of the match. Be sure to keep up the fitness of your squad! Players recover fitness roughly at the same rate that they are losing it. There are 2 things you can do to help your team stay fit: 1. Be sure to have enough reserve players. Don't expect your top eleven players carry you through the season on their own. 2. Take advantage of player training. In addition to gaining experience, players may also recover form or fitness. To help keep track of fitness be sure to visit your squad after a match and check the ***FI*** column. The column is also there in the lineup screen. Additionally, players with low fitness will have a red mark on their portrait.
