How does the Academy work?

Academy is the best way to get star talents, but first you have to train them! To train a player simply drag the training action to the player portrait.  The are 3 types of training available: 1. Strength: increases strength of the player. Upgrade your academy to increase this value further 2. Skill: unlock skill without the use of the items. Be sure to fill the circular bar completely! 3. Scouting: reveals information about player potential. Keep in mind that each player needs to be fully scouted before you can sign them up. Once the player is fully scouted you may sign them up using the button on the right hand side: <img src='/img/zendesk_9907955121820.png' alt='sign.gif' title='' width='601' height='281' /> Be sure to max out their strength and activate as many skill as you can before promoting them to the first squad!
