How do i delete my account and personal data?

Please use our support chat tool to send us a request to delete your account and your personal data. The deletion of your account and the corresponding stored data will be done automatically 2 weeks after your request. After the deletion, a recovery of your account is no longer possible. You can cancel the requested account deletion by logging back into the game within 2 weeks.
